Meet Ana Sánchez
I'm Ana Sánchez, PCC, JD, LLM, with 17 years of coaching experience and a background in law and legal education. Â
My teaching career began at Georgetown University Law Center, Where I taught in a clinical law program and later trained future clinical law teachers as a Graduate Clinical Fellow. That work shaped something that has stayed with me since: meaningful professional learning connects theory with real, practical application, not one or the other.
Coaching let me do what I had always cared about most, helping people translate insight into action. Since then, I've coached leaders, attorneys and other professionals, while building deep expertise in coach education. I completed coach training through the Co-Active Training Institute and JST Coaching & Training, where I also served as a trainer, mentoring coaches as they developed their core coaching competencies.
Alongside my coaching practice, I've trained counselors and developed continuing legal education programs for attorneys, reflecting a broader commitment to professional learning across the helping professions.
Today, my work centers on The Brain-Informed Coach™, where I bring together coaching neuroscience, executive function, self-determination, and strengths-based practice into a single, practical approach for coaches who want to go deeper without becoming neuroscientists.
My approach is grounded in curiosity, strengths, client agency, and a commitment to thoughtful, ethical coaching practice. I don't believe brain science should replace the coaching relationship. It should deepen it.Â
